Mountain Expeditions run climbing trips all over the world and so as part of their booking process they need to collect a lot of information about the person attending the expedition. This includes health information, next of kin, passport and flight details. The expeditions themselves are also a high value purchase so we have developed a system that allows for a booking to be made with a deposit and then stage payments made at certain points in the run up to the trip that complete with full payment at least 4 weeks prior to departure.
We developed a bespoke system that does all of this automatically for them. once the user has made a booking the system creates an account area for them to upload their information, then automatic emails prompt the user to complete the required information until such time as they have uploaded everything. Also the intelligent payment system ensures that all payments are made on time with automated emails, it even knows if the booking has been made after some stage payments should have been done to add those together to ensure the user is on track.
