This a standard eCommerce delivery for us with a standard eCommerce system, abandoned cart recovery system, automated stock management and checkout with Stripe. We did however integrate the rest of the site with their salon management system allowing visitors to book treatments and therapists online and pay deposits. We then developed IOS and Android apps with the exact same functionality with an improved mobile UI and advanced push notifications to further improve communications with customers and enhance their lifetime value.
App users now log in to the app at least 3 times a month spending on average over 10 minutes per month inside and push notifications are engaged with by over 80% of the app users, far better stats than email!
